Delivery and Access

The Calyra Method is digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges, and no physical address is needed to buy.

When access arrives

How access works

There is no account and no password. After payment you receive a personal link that opens your library on any device with a browser and an internet connection. Keep the email and you keep the course. Your browser also remembers the link on the device you bought with, so the library reopens without digging the email out.

The link is personal to you. Publishing or sharing it breaches the terms of sale and we may withdraw access without a refund.

What you need

A modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, updated within the last two years.
An internet connection able to stream video. Lessons stream rather than download, so a phone on a train is fine and a plane without wifi is not.
An email address you control and can receive attachments-free plain email at.
PDFs download and can be kept offline and printed.

How long you keep it

Access is for life, meaning for as long as we make the course available, with no renewal and no further payment. If we ever retire the course, we give every buyer at least 90 days' notice by email and make the video and PDF material downloadable throughout that period. That commitment is in the terms of sale.

If your access does not arrive

Check the spam or promotions folder, and search your inbox for Calyra.
Check the address you typed at checkout. A typo is the most common cause by far.
If the confirmation page is still open, use the button on it. It works whether or not the email arrived.
Email support@calyrastudio.com from the address you paid with, or from any address quoting the order reference. We resend by hand, normally the same working day and always within two.

If we cannot deliver access at all, you get a full refund without needing to invoke any policy.

Where we sell

Worldwide, to individuals aged 18 or over, except where international sanctions prohibit it. Prices are in US dollars regardless of where you are. The course is taught in English and is not currently subtitled in other languages.
