Search your inbox for Calyra and check the spam folder first, then check the address you typed at checkout. If it is genuinely missing, email us from the address you paid with and we resend by hand, normally the same working day. Full steps are on delivery and access.
Email us from the address you bought with and say which level you want. You pay the difference between the two, not the full price of the higher one.
Say so and include your order reference. We approve within two working days, no explanation needed. The full policy, including your statutory rights, is on refunds and cancellation.
We cannot answer that, and anyone who answers it over email should worry you. Please read the health notice and ask your doctor or physiotherapist. We are glad to describe exactly what a given session involves so they can advise you properly.
