One method.
Four practices.
Thirty minutes.

Yoga, Pilates, breathwork and stillness taught as one system, in the order that makes each one easier. 36 guided sessions and an 8-week programme that tells you exactly what to practise, and when.

Why this exists

Most people quit because nobody told them what order to do it in

You save a hip opener, a core workout, a breathing video and a sleep meditation. Four teachers, four systems, no plan. Six weeks later you have stopped, and you decide the problem was your discipline. It was the sequence.

The four pillars

Each one does a job the other three cannot

Yoga practice
Pillar 01

Yoga

Range and resilience. Hatha to build the shapes, Vinyasa to move through them, Yin to give the connective tissue a reason to change.

Pilates practice
Pillar 02

Pilates

Control and deep core strength. This is what makes the yoga stop feeling precarious, and what your lower back has been asking for.

Breathwork practice
Pillar 03

Breathwork

The fastest lever you have. Four patterns with four different jobs, plus the honest list of when not to use them.

Meditation practice
Pillar 04

Stillness

Attention training without the mysticism. Guided first, unguided by week six, measured by how the rest of your day goes.

What is inside

Seven modules, 36 sessions, one order

Sessions run from 6 to 45 minutes. Everything is filmed from two angles with modifications shown, not mentioned.

How to stand, breathe and set up so everything after it lands in the right place. Do this module even if you have practised for years, especially if you have.

Yoga

Three traditions taught as three separate tools rather than blended into one vague flow. The eleven shapes every class assumes you already know, held long enough to actually learn them.

Pilates

Mat work for control and deep core strength, including the part most classes skip: why bracing hard is the wrong instruction and what to do instead.

Breathwork

Four practices, four jobs. Which one to reach for before sleep, which one before a difficult conversation, and which one to leave alone if you are pregnant or manage high blood pressure.

Stillness

Guided ten minutes to start, body scan to build, then twenty minutes with bells only. Most courses never hand you the unguided step. This one does, in week six.

The 8-Week Integration Programme

Everything above, sequenced. Three to five practices a week, and you are told which session to open on which day. Weeks seven and eight you build yourself, using a method the programme teaches you.

Who it is for

Built for four kinds of student

You have never done this before

You want to start at home, without walking into a room where everyone already knows the shapes. Module 01 assumes nothing.

You practise, but inconsistently

Two good weeks, then three off. The 8-week programme removes the daily decision about what to do, which is what actually breaks the habit.

You sit at a desk and it shows

Tight hips, a stiff upper back, a lower back that complains by Thursday. The Pilates and Yin modules were built around exactly this.

You are thinking about teaching

Not a certification, and it does not pretend to be. It is the groundwork most people wish they had before they paid for one.

It is not for you if you want a live class on a fixed timetable, a personal diagnosis for an injury, or a certification you can hang on a wall. Those are real needs. This is not that.

Questions

Before you decide

I have never done yoga or Pilates. Is this too advanced?

No. Module 01 assumes you have never been on a mat, and the first six sessions are all under twenty minutes. Every practice session after that shows two levels at the same time, so you pick the one you can hold with steady breathing.

How much time does it actually take?

The 8-week programme asks for three to five sessions a week, averaging 28 minutes. Weeks one and two are deliberately short, around 15 minutes, because the point of those weeks is frequency rather than intensity.

What equipment do I need?

A mat and a wall. Two firm cushions or a folded blanket cover most of the Yin work, and a chair covers the rest. Blocks and a bolster are shown as options and always have a substitute using things you already own.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once. There is no renewal, no card kept on file and nothing to cancel later. Future sessions added to the method appear in your library at no extra cost.

How do I get in? Do I need an account?

Straight after payment the confirmation page opens the course, and an email arrives with a personal access link. There is no password to invent or reset. Keep the email and you keep the course, on any device. Lost it? Write to us and we send it again.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Write to us from the email address you bought with and you pay the difference between the two levels, not the full price of the higher one.

I am pregnant, or I have an injury. Can I do this?

This is a general fitness and wellbeing course, not medical care, and it is not adapted for pregnancy or for rehabilitation after an injury. Please talk to your doctor, midwife or physiotherapist first and follow their guidance over anything said in a session. Sessions with a specific contraindication say so before the practice begins.

Does the Mentorship level make me a certified teacher?

No, and it does not claim to. There is no accreditation, no registration with a yoga alliance and no qualification at the end. It is the groundwork in cueing, sequencing and scope of practice that most people wish they had before paying for a certification.

What if it is not for me?

Write to us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why, and you do not lose the practice journal.
